Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including email address, purchase-support messages, membership preferences, and optional marketing consent. Stripe and Link process payment details; SpiritForge does not store full card numbers.

Site and attribution data

We may record page, referral, UTM parameters, approximate technical request information, and conversion events. We do not send your email address to analytics.

How information is used

We use information to process purchases and subscriptions, provide secure access, deliver requested practices, manage preferences, answer support, prevent abuse, and understand performance.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, database, security, web analytics, and optional AI-assisted drafting for membership practices. AI prompts contain themes and editorial instructions, not subscriber email addresses. Stripe provides checkout infrastructure; for Managed Payments, Link acts as merchant of record and provides transaction and subscription management. Resend provides transactional and membership email delivery.

Your choices

You can adjust membership email preferences, pause guided messages, manage recurring billing through Stripe/Link, or request access, correction, or deletion by contacting management@spiritforgecommerce.com, subject to legal retention requirements.
